I have random moments on my journey where I realize I am not the only one experiencing resistance!
Because of those moments I have grown to learn how opening up and sharing what I am thinking and experiencing has aided my growth! I am learning different perspectives and am tackling old bad habits and replacing them with refreshingly new ones!
