Hey Guys, today we got another fun Speaking Chinese Challenge. Specifically, we're going to be speaking Cantonese today. It's gonna be a Cantonese vs Mandarin Speaker Challenge. Mike's been raving on about how much he got to learn cantonese from Cantomando, and how good he is at cantonese tones, cantonese pronunciation, and cantonese phrases now. So we're gonna see just how good his cantonese is. We're also gonna see how good our cantonese is. We're not hong kong youtubers or guangdong youtubers or macau youtubers, so we might need to get better at cantonese too haha. Today, we're making hong kong egg tart, which is a food you can eat at dim sum, or just on the streets. It's one of the many chinese desserts that are delicious :) We have an egg tart hong kong recipe, and we're going to give Mike instructions on how to make this tasty egg tart in Cantonese, and we're gonna see if he can follow it. Let's see if Mike knows how to make chinese egg tarts, or if he's gonna make a failure of a chinese dessert! :)

To give you guys some background, we all grew up in Canada, but Edward's family is from Guangzhou and Hong Kong, while Sheldon's family is from Macau/ Macao. So our families speak Cantonese.
