Amazing authentic Syrian sambousa (berak) with 4 kinds of cheese | برك شامية محشية بأربع أنواع جبنة

This berak is soo good, the crust is sooo crispy and the cheese fillings is melting like crazy 🤤

🔸Use any kind of cheese u like, I added Akkawi because It add a different taste, but Akkawy doesn’t melt perfectly like mozzarella and other kinds,,, so if u don’t want some lumps exclude it.
.
🔸U can control the size of it and make mini bites by using the ravioli cutter.
.
🔸Traditionally, we put ghee to the butter mix but u don’t have to, u can only use butter.
.
🔸 choose any fillings u desire not necessarily cheese, Apple pie filling would be a great idea for a dessert.🍎
.
🔸Make sure to close them very well so the filling won’t escape 😅
.
🔸before frying make sure that the dough is not completely soft, it’s better is it’s kinda cold & solid.
.
🔸while frying, oil should be hot enough to make them bubble but not too hot and make sure to stir them well until they become amazingly golden😍

كيف الوصفة عجبتكم ولا حسيتوها بدها شغل؟؟.... عادي ترى اعملوا العجين والحشوة قبل بيوم وتاني يوم لفوهم... اذا بدكم شغلوا اولادكم باللف حيتسلوا فيهم متل ما انا عملت ( ليتسلوا مو شي تاني😈,,, مو كسل لا سمح الله 😁😝)

🔸طبعاً استخدموا اي نوع جبنة بتحبو او المتوفر عندكم،،، اذا بدكم الحشوة تكون ذايبة تماماً بدون قطع لا تستخدموا عكاوي.

🔸بإمكانكم تتحكموا بالحجم وفيكم تستخدموا قوالب جاهزة.

🔸بالعادة البرك الشامية فيها سمنة بس انتو فيكم تكتفوا بالزبدة.

🔸جربوها مع حشوة فطيرة التفاح الي بتكون تفاح وسكر اسمر وقرفة بتطلع رهيبة متل فطيرة التفاح المقلية تبع المطاعم.

🔸اتأكدوا انكم سكرتوهم منيح حتى مانخلي الحشوة تهرب 😅

🔸خلوها تكون جامدة وقت القلي (بس مو مفرزة) بس مو طرية ودايبة مممم فهمتوا قصدي؟🤔.
