Weight Loss is challenging and after i posted my very first video on YouTube sharing my weight loss journey i got so much love and response.


i am making this video for all my lovely audience who asked me to share some simple exercises to reduce breast with simple and effective exercises

The Exercises i shared are the ones that i do in my daily routine and hopefully will contribute to your weight loss journey.

make sure to do the exercises in the sets

Cardio - 40 Minutes

Up Down Plank - 15 X 6 Sets

Chest Fly - 15 X 6 Sets

Chest Press - 12 X 3 Sets

Shoulder Press - 15 x 6 sets

Jumping Jacks - 200

You can do more sets depending on how much you want to challenge yourself
