Incapacity Planning is Important

Incapacity Planning is Important Don't just plan for your death! Don't just plan for taxes or for growing your business. What if a disaster strikes, but you didn't die?

Plenty of us have life insurance to help out when we die. Not very many of us have disability insurance. What about long term care?

Who will take care of you? Will you be able to stay at home? Someone needs to at the very least be able to make your financial and medical decisions if you can't! You don't want to leave this in the hands of the court.
