Episodes 160 - 164 | April 22 - 28, 2019

The relationship between four teen housemates gets complicated. Lance Carr worries that his admiration for both Angela Tungol and Ashley del Mundo will ruin the friendships he built. Ashley, meanwhile, grows tired of her fellow housemates' teases. Angela struggles to make sense of her situation with Lance and Mich Wunder. Amid the mess he found himself in, Mich remains determined to value his friendship with Angela. Later, the teen housemates panic as an earthquake hits the Philippines.

Big Brother puts the teen housemates in charge of taking care of three piglets for their weekly task. He also assigns Mich Wunder and Yen Quirante, who has the most experience in the job, as this week's leaders. Jem Macatuno and Emjay Savilla then find a way to entertain the newest residents of the PBB house. Meanwhile, Ashley del Mundo remain hesitant to approach Angela Tungol. Angela, on the other hand, decides to confront Mich in hopes to ease the awkwardness between them and Lance.

The eleven teen housemates who still have a chance to save themselves from nomination take on the second Golden Circle challenge. The three teens with the best time will get to join Alfred Beruzil and Emjay Savilla in the eviction safe zone. However, Big Brother dispatches a Big Bad Wolf to make their challenge more difficult. Later, the teen housemates find out who among them managed to secure a Golden Circle. Emotions then overflow as the victors and the losers reflect on their performances.

Big Brother gives the teen housemates the first of three challenges for their Pinoy Pig Houses weekly task. Under Mich Wunder's leadership, a team of housemates works together to build a house made out of popsicle sticks. In order for them to succeed, the said structure must withstand strong winds brought by the Big Bad Wolf. However, long before the villain's arrival, the teens already struggle to stabilize the structure. Meanwhile, Narcy Esguerra, Shami Baltazar, and Tan Roncal get tasked to make clothes for their adorable pets.

The teen housemates’ chance to save themselves from nomination slims down after Ashley del Mundo, Jem Macatuno, and Lance Carr successfully acquired the third, fourth, and fifth Golden Circles. Big Brother then gives the remaining eight housemates their third and final Golden Circle challenge. In the Golden Disc Roll challenge, the players must successfully roll three discs inside the three golden rings with varying distances. Tension arises as the teens struggle to finish the game. Later on, Big Brother gives a shocking announcement to the housemates who failed to accomplish the challenge.
