It is not. That's something you need a separate policy for. This year, with the historic amount of snow that we've had, and now with the rain following in the spring, we've had a ton of flooding issues throughout the states. A lot of people are being displaced and having damage to their property or vehicles. And that's not being covered through their homeowner's or even their auto insurance.
