Four easy steps to decrease anxiety | For All Ages! Thanks for joining me today. This video is about the alarming rise in anxiety and self harm that my nursing colleagues and I have noticed. We mostly see this rise in anxiety in young adults, but, it's prevalent in all age groups.

The other day I was listening to Rich Rolls podcast and his guest was Cal Newport who is an associate professor of computer science at Georgetown University and an author of several books, discuss the topic of increasing anxiety, and what "staying connected" is doing to us. Let's just say it's horrifying. I 100% agree with his thoughts on this subject and because of this I have made some changes in my life.

Today I'm providing you a tiny snippet of information, on the first steps you can take to help yourself decrease the amount of worry or anxiety you may have in your life.
