The individual suffers mightily at the hands of the dominant group and is ultinately held in restraint by the agenda they force through. We see this in politics and middle eastern religion which have both come to define modern europe to the detriment of the native european family whos traditions and mythology have received the brunt of disparaging ridicule recently.
