Fidelity study: Peter Lynch investor returns:
Peter Lynch has the best mutual fund investment record of all time, yet on average his investors lost money. That is CRAZY to me!
The best investors from Fidelity were also found to be either dead or had forgotten they had accounts – also, CRAZY!
However, I think this highlights some of the biggest failings of individual investors and why so many fail to generate good returns. I’d be very interested to hear your thoughts on these articles too.
