Save Yarra Bay Coalition is a group of local residents, community groups, businesses, schools, councils, faith organisations and citizen activists that have united in their opposition to the Government’s plan to develop a cruise terminal at Yarra Bay and Molineux Point. A Mega Cruise Ship terminal would devastate numerous pristine beaches within Botany Bay, destroy the marine environment, create traffic chaos on the roads surrounding the proposed sites, create flow-on land use pressures, destroy cultural heritage and dislocate the community of Yarra Bay.
Save Yarra Bay Coalition will work to build a strong community to save our beautiful bay. Cruise ships do not belong in Yarra Bay!
