Scholars urged not to take Singapore's existence for granted

Minister-in-charge of the Public Service Chan Chun Sing has urged public service scholars to not take Singapore's existence for granted. He said Singapore must continue to remain relevant to others and give them reasons to engage the country. Mr Chan said this during the Public Service Scholarships Award Ceremony on Jul 17.
