Very old cars were not designed to use ethylene glycol antifreeze. Many people who restore these cars find that the coolant foams too much if they use it. These cars were designed to use water and alcohol, which doesn't foam. Use a 50/50 mix of water and denatured alcohol for these cars, maybe add some Mac's or Prestone anti-rust and water pump lube as well, and you are golden.
