But what does that mean⁉️
It means that if you see a behavior that you like, reinforce it and it will likely happen again‼️
So, if there’s a behavior that you want to see more of from your children, your significant other, or just about anyone really, catch them doing what you want, and reinforce that behavior! I know I know, you’re probably asking, “Well, what do I do to reinforce the behavior?”🤷♀️
The short answer is given them cookies, but what that really means is we need to find what food, activity, word, or gesture strongly motivates that person, and only give it to them when they do what we want! So, that behavior gets reinforced, and therefore it stays!😉
