Cigar-shaped model for `Oumuamua (very unlikely)

Cigar-shaped model for `Oumuamua (very unlikely) Visualization of my research published in MNRAS ( "Modeling the light curve of `Oumuamua: evidence for torque and disc-like shape". This is the much less likely (probability only 16%) of my two best-fitting models - a cigar-shaped object (320x40 m) in a state of tumbling motion, subject to some torque from surface outgassing. (The red spot is to make it possible to see rotation around the axis of symmetry.) The second (disk-shaped) model is much more likely, with the probability of 91%.

The animation corresponds to the five days at the end of October, 2017, when most of observations were made.

interstellar asteroid,`Oumuamua,
