Final Fantasy VIII Remastered: Should we buy this if we already have FF8?

Hello guys, finally this game Final Fantasy VIII remastered going to be released soon. But there are some questions which is not sure, If people already have this game. Maybe Square Enix would change the Old FF8 to the new FF8 remastered so people won't need to buy it.
