If this is the case you may want to do what is called a Complaint for Divorce.
Only YOU need to sign this type of divorce (it's one-signature). File the divorce papers and pay the filing fee ($299 as of the recording of this video)...
Then have a 3rd party unrelated to your case serve your spouse the filed Complaint with the court issued Summons.
Once your spouse has been served, he/she has 20 days exclusive of the date of service to respond back the divorce.
If they don't respond -- they are in Default & you can typically file the Default and the Divorce Decree to the judge to sign.
A Complaint for Divorce process typically lasts 2-3 months, provided your spouse does not answer the divorce.
