Don't get me wrong, I love rice and potatoes, but they're kind of crap foods nutrition-wise. I don't know, maybe we should stop promoting them as like, the base of a vegan diet? Maybe protein is good? Maybe fat is good? Maybe rice and vegetables IS NOT A GODDAMN MEAL! Maybe. Good time to mention... *Disclaimer* I'm not a dietitian.
