마음의 형태가 존재하는 세상에서 클로버 모양의 마음의 형태, 하트 모양의 마음의 형태를 가진 사람들이 서로를 모른 채로 살고 있다. 클로버 모양 마음의 형태를 가진 주인공 클로이는 우연히 두 마을의 경계를 찾아 벽을 넘는다. 벽 너머에서 클로이는 자신이 알지 못했던 세상과 하트 모양의 마음의 형태를 가진 하티를 만나게 된다.
In some world. The clover people with a clover shaped heart, and a heart shaped heart live withouth knowing each other. Cloe with clover heart happened to go over a wall between border line of two villages by incident. Over the wall, Cloe gets to meet Hearty with a heart shaped heart and the world that she did not recognize before.
