Opening a fresh front against India and China, President of the United States of America accused the two nations of taking advantage of the tag of 'developing' countries. He also accused the World Trade Organisation of continuing to refer to the two nations as 'growing' when they had already 'grown'. The comments came ahead of Indian commerce minister Piyush Goyal's planned visit to Washington in September. The visit is expected to focus on drawing up a trade deal to reduce the trade deficit between the two countries.
