Waldo and Wanda accompany Wizard Wavybeard in finding the Wave Key after it was lost in a surfing accident. Will Odlulu successfully steal the key from them?! When Odlulu challenges the Wanderers to win best chili (and a magic key) at the annual chili cook-off in New Mexico, Waldo and Wenda go off on a wild hot air balloon adventure to find the most important ingredient--a ghost pepper!
