Inside the Gerald Genta-designed case form, Audemars Piguet showcases its latest manufacture caliber 4302 automatic movement with 28,800 VpH beat rate and 70-hour power reserve.
For those who prefer their haut-de-gamme sports watches with a higher ration of substance to hype, Vacheron Constantin’s Overseas World Time offers stunning feature content and useful complexity for world travelers. The world time dial can track 37 time zones, and 150-meter water resistance ensures that the Overseas can take the plunge in any one of those localities. Geneva hallmark movement finish, an in-house caliber 2460 WT, and a quick release system for bracelets and straps adds immense value for discerning watch collectors.
Dress watches receive significant air-time on this morning’s show. Vacheron Constantin offers a twin-bill thanks to its rare rose gold “Les Historiques” collection Chronometre Royal 1907, a rare combination of a COSC certified Swiss chronometer whose movement also bears the Geneva Hallmark for fine finish.
