Insufficient Elevators | Schindler 5400AP MRL @ Spark Tower, Willis St, Wellington CBD

NOW I’d like to know which genius’ bright idea it was to have just one lift with this amount of traffic! I guess the large capacity & cab size does make up for it, though. This elevator goes up to Boulcott St on level 5, and as I was sharing the elevator with some other people, I had to get out pretending that was my floor, and then wait about a minute or two for it to come back. Note how the call button on L5 is D2 Braille as opposed to D8. I have no idea what G1 is, but I’m assuming it’s just another confusing variation of “B”, or Basement. Also, for some reason, pressing G1 also makes the “5” button light up!? Overall nice, just wish there were more elevators in this set and they didn’t use generic indicators…
