Strange Squealing | Chirping Noise coming from PC when using kodi, any ideas?

So I have come across an issue when using kodi. Theres a strange noise coming from inside the PC.
I cannot replicate this sound when using any other program or game. It only happens with Kodi when scrolling the kodi menus or playing a video.

Any Ideas?
