We must always do our best to stay as positive everyday as we can...
To feel better,I drink a sports drink with electrolytes, take a good multivitamin, B-12,cinnamon for inflammation and biotin.
Plenty of water and sleep is a must.I also use inversion therapy to help with spine and joint issues.Just passing this info along to those it would apply to.
