Annual costume gala helps raises money for arthritis research, education

Annual costume gala helps raises money for arthritis research, education CINCINNATI (WKRC) - That costume you made for BLINK might be repurposed for Halloween, especially if you want to help raise awareness for a good cause!

The Bone Bash Gala is coming up, and they need you and your costume to raise awareness and money for the Arthritis Foundation.

The Bone Bash is an annual costume gala that is very competitive, but they award great prizes and have great entertainment to raise money for research and education for a disease that a lot of people say is misunderstood.

There are over 100 types of arthritis and it can affect people of any age -- not just older people -- and it can also be very serious.

This organization is a wonderful resource for newer treatment options. The money raised from this event does go to trying to fund a cure.

The gala is Oct. 19 at the Newport Syndicate from 6:30-11 p.m.
