French Lawsuit may lead to used game sales on Steam: Pros and Cons

A recent French Lawsuit against Valve has been won by the UFC-Que Choisir that will require Valve to allow for used Steam games to be sold by Steam Users. This prospect, while it sounds fantastic on the surface, may pose an entirely new set of problems that must be faced and overcome.
