How to make a Cardboard Skull

Download and make yourself a skull out of cardboard. The download comes along with a selection of designs to cut out and decorate your skull once you have made it. You can make the skull into a scary halloween mask or decorate your skull for a day of the dead celebrations.



The skull can fit a child or adult, as the head support is adjustable, it measures 35cm high, 25cm wide, 28cm deep.

The template is a 10 page pdf that requires a A3 printer

What you will need is:
- Skull Head Template

Single walled cardboard (I am using 2 mm thick cardboard in this video, but you could use between 2-5mmm thick. The most important thing is that the cardboard is firm and stiff, not flimsy)
- Craft blade
- Scissors
- Hot glue and glue sticks
- Blu-tac (sticky tac)
- Masking tape (in the video I used masking tape that is used in painting walls)
- PVA glue or a glue stick
