The Uganda Road Fund, wants Ministry of finance to propose before parliament an amendment of section 14 of the URA ACT to enable Uganda Road Fund have full control and access to money in a separate account. The executive director of Uganda Road Fund Eng Micheal Odongo says the ministry of finance has failed to avail the fund with enough money to maintain roads.
