The YouTube Rule that many Kids Break! The 13 Year-Old Rule & Why It Existed

When I first joined YouTube back in '11, it used to be more down to earth, not as restricted to be Kid-Friendly, and how you can add your age and adding users as friends as it used to be a feature at the time. Now it seems that YouTube only tends to cater children because of money as they tend to watch more videos due to lack of protection from parents.

By the title I typed, there are kids that are not 13 years old that creates videos that may not be appropriate let alone them being too young to be on the site without their parents' consent as it's mainly for teens and adults.
