For many homeowners, their property is the largest asset they own. And tapping into the equity in their home for INVESTING is a one way to make that equity work for them. It's not without any risk. However, instead of simply spending the equity on consumer items, investing those funds can pull in a decent return on investment. In the video, I also give a personal example of how I leverage my home equity with a bank arbitrage and private mortgage investing (PML). With some of that monthly income I buy precious metals--silver and gold.
