Sign the petition here! No-one's talking about this. I mean I saw that this device that may end up being what keeps my heart pumping for a bit, could never have been tested in humans.
But then I remembered that there's this issue I'd never gotten to talk about, but really did want to, that is already killing people.
When you make an ad on Facebook, you need to submit it, where it gets manually approved by them. But right now, there are literally millions of ads that flout medical device and medical advertising standards.
The scariest thing - RIGHT NOW, MEXICAN/THAI ALTERNATIVE CLINICS CLINICS ARE TARGETING US/Aussie/European CANCER PATIENTS! And Facebook is profiting off them!
Verita Life is literally using testimonials to get people to their treatment centres - these are illegal for any medical therapies. They say, on their website, that various disproven alternative treatments WILL fix you.
These places are notorious for charging tens, to hundreds of thousands to 'treat' someone. You can find GoFundMe pages for these all the time. The use illegal tactics I outline in this Change . org campaign here that you should totally sign and share to stop this...
My father brought one up to me when I was relapsing - one which literally promoted zapping me to somehow cure the fungus that caused my cancer!
Antivaxers, #woo #NaturalDoctors and many others are making medical claims to sell things and this too needs to be brought to attention.
