The fact is, there is a huge overhaul happening constantly and consistently within the realms of the New Work movement. Sometimes this can all feel a little bit like an information overload. And that is exactly why we can't talk about New Work without highlighting the importance of health and wellbeing in the workplace. Because if we don't take care of our physical, emotional and mental health needs then we run the risk of all sorts of common workplaces illnesses - e.g. chronic back pain, burn-out etc.
That's why we decided to bring Yoga into the office. We invited experienced Yogi and good friend, Sonja Thiele into our workspace to lead our whole crew through a morning yoga session before the workday began. Needless to say, it was a thoroughly enjoyable and spiritual experience. Why not throw on some comfortable clothing and join in with our exercises in this video!
