How to prepare a juicy turkey:
First, you will need the following ingredients:
6 large cloves of garlic
Handfull of green onions
Half onion
1 small parsley branch
Sea salt to taste I use about a large pinch
4 tables spoons of balsamic vinegar
1 cup of pure 100% olive oil
1 cup of water

Chop all ingredients very small and mix it all up in a separate bowl

Secondly: clean up a medium-size unfrozen turkey and placed in a large bowl and thoroughly baste with the spices mixed you have prepared earlier and let it marinate, preferably overnight in the fridge.
Note: for an extra juicy turkey, please inject some of the spiced olive oil into the turkey before you marinate it.
Remove the turkey from the refrigerator and set aside while preparing the fillers.

Next day stuffing and cooking: In a separate bowl, mix up 1 box of your favorite stuffing. I use stovetop by craft. Add a bag of dried cranberries, chopped celery, and 2 cups of turkey broth and mix all up until the bread stuffing gets softened add more broth as needed.
Stuff the turkey with this mixture and baste the turkey with the olive oil mixture.

Preheat the oven at 400 degrees and then set the temperature to 375 and cook the turkey for 2 and a half hours.
Note: Make sure that you baste the turkey every half hour and turn the turkey around after two hours of cooking for about 15 minutes then turn the turkey back belly up again for the final 15 minutes or until it is crispy golden. Also, depending on how fast your oven is or if you use the conventional oven, the time may vary.
Tips: For a softer turkey, add some chopped pineapple inside and outside the turkey.
Delicious Brazilian/Italian Turkey twist 😊 Enjoy!
