FTC/COPPA disclaimer for Mr.SuperStarS TV YouTube channel: I have a good faith belief that: As a creator using the services of YouTube/Google (The Operators) I do not collect, use, (knowingly or otherwise) disclose or process personal information from anyone viewing my videos nor do I have or have ever had access to such information. I am not an ‘operator’ in the legal sense of the COPPA definition. My channels are hosted by the ‘operator’ YouTube, and I have no influence on them as to the data they may collect. My videos are not directed towards children in the USA or elsewhere unless specifically indicated via the YouTube ‘made for kids’ function. (Three videos out of several hundred currently) Further as YouTube and Google have a minimum account holder age of 13, I have an expectation and trust that no one under that age will be viewing my videos. If they do, this is beyond my control and not something I am seeking. Further to this my videos and presentations are intended for 13+ age entertainment only (subject to the Made For Kids exception as I may choose to use it) YouTube Analytics only provide nonspecific age data from age 13 to 65+ years. Thank you for your attention.
