The audio has also been redacted, this is a holding cell where confessions often transpire. Furthermore the state police has it's own closed circuit camera in this jail due to a LONG history of escapes, evidence missing/stolen and shady practices the state choose to try recording wtf exactly happened at the Hardin Co. illinois Sheriff. i'd been in that jail for 72hrs without a valid charge.
chronologically u can see in link below. at time/detention look? 1st charge filed by the state was "escape".. how can someone escape whenever the court freed me just that morning. without charge.. then be charge 1st and foremost with escape?
How can one escape when not under arrest and not charged with a crime?
I had just left count, here u can see i was dressed out ready to go. judge released me as i'm not a flight risk and affluent member of elizabethtown, IL. This judge has know me since birth and is a sick man, a true horror story.
Because the jail was full of tobacco and weed. yet no lighters. while incarcerated did fear a major fire or death might occur due to the inmates ignorance- using the heater and any light scoket to create a lighter. upon dressing out i handed an inmate a lighter under illinois law this isn't a crime. Telling a McDonald cook how to grill /do this job isn't wise. your food can easily be spit on. Cooks like cops are humans and did work for the for a job cooking/policing. Who is the customer to criticize the cook? who is the citizen to tell the cops how to do his job?
Nobody likes to be wrong, in general. Cops here knew i read the law!
i was aware of IL law on "explosive contraband" in fine print it reads any amount of flamable liquid gas under 2.5oz is exempt from this "contraband" law.
That is- For 1 MAIN reason, prison guards are political employees who nark other fellow union guards out regularly for small infactions. One can imagine how easy planting a lighter in a co-wokers locker or just simply forgetting to empty it from the car they drove to work which is on the grounds and therefore inside the detainment property.
May it be co-woker disputes, romantic affairs, any litany of personal issues and to primarily get one person fired. For many reason, guards and cops thrive off destroying the like of others. These state employees do it regularly, just to fill the job opening with a friend/family member or whatever reasons people destroy the lives, careers, hope of a better like. others.
