Here, I'm sharing simple & easy to make, Crunchy oats granola (muesli) recipe with minimal & available ingredients at home. Perfect breakfast to give an energetic & healthy start to your day. Ingredients:
1. Quick Oats or Rolled Oats - 1 big cup
2. Chopped Almonds - 2 tbsp
3. Black Raisin - 2 tbsp
4. Chopped dry dates - 2 tbsp
5. Roasted Flax seeds - 1 tbsp
6. Dates syrup - 2 tbsp
7. Honey - 2 tbsp
8. Jaggery powder (optional) - 1 tbsp
9. Ghee or butter - 1 tbsp
10. Water - 1/2 cup
11. Yoghurt & Fruits for serving
