At least 43 people died after massive fire broke out in a building housing a factory in the crowded Anaj Mandi area on Delhi's Rani Jhansi road. Most people died due to asphyxiation as smoke filled rooms due to lack of proper ventilation. 30 fire tenders were sent to the area and about 50 people were rescued.
