12.5.19 The manager of #ExtraspaceStorage in #ShermanOaks, Bree, decided to charge me an outrageous fee of $200/day for the parking spot my $2000 #Relocube was parked in! I was unable to completely pack my #Upack #Relocube due to Bree’s outrageous expectations! She knew ahead of time that the cube would be stationed for 3 days/ #Upack and #ABSFreight policy!
I had to pay to have another cube, delivered to my friend’s apartment, a few days later, just so I could finish retrieving my belongings out of storage.
When I returned on December 11, to retrieve my belongings from Extra Space Storage, WITH a rented #CargoVan, and movers I had prepaid for 4 hours, I discovered that Bree, the manager of #ExtraSpaceStorage at 5225 Sepulveda Blvd, had LOCKED ME OUT of the unit!
