This was supposed to be uploaded yesterday as a special Christmas present but I've been super, super busy so I didn't manage to finish editing it in time! But I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and I hope you enjoy this easy fun cardio workout. The songs are Heart Shake and Merry & Happy by Twice.

Do this 2-4 times for maximum effect and pair with toning workouts to burn fat. The video consists of moves increase your heart rate and burn calories! Drink plenty of water and take as many breaks as needed. You should be doing 10-20 mins of toning workouts + at least 10 mins of cardio daily for best results. Focus on different areas each day (f.e. day 1=legs&butt, day 2=arms&core etc.). Always have at least 1 rest day/week.
