TLDR - Weapons all have a base of 270 Raw, 5% affinity, a single 4 slot, and a random status/element. The value of the status/element varies between weapon classes and elements/statuses
Each weapon can have abilities awakened into it. These are randomly generated after levelling the weapon via a system similar to armour upgrades but with some new materials - these abilities include flat stat increases, but also potentially set bonuses
Each ability level can vary from 1 to 5, giving 2% affinity per level for affinity ability, 2 true raw for attack, 20 element (and 10 status?) I think for element, though that one is tougher to confirm. Multiple of these can be stacked
The set bonuses cannot be stacked, though I think this is because they only give a single point towards the set bonus rather than granting it immediately. The fact that a bonus like "velkhana divinity" exists without specifying if it's crit ele or frostcraft seems to corroborate this, but it's tough to be certain.
