In this video I cook up a Swedish Christmas storm in collaboration with Aito oat products. I make three of my favourite Christmas classics from home vegan so that I can enjoy the flavours of my childhood and still stick to my new ways of living. I love that it is so easy nowadays to recreate traditional dishes into vegan and more sustainable options using products from the supermarket. I really hope you'll enjoy seeing a little piece of cooking from my home country and will want to try make it for yourself! There are saffron buns, a delicious Christmas potato gratin as well as salted chocolate truffles so I'm thinking there is something in there for everyone. I hope you agree!
