Shortly before the release of their final results, the Luxembourg Space Agency spoke to three members of the Hague International Space Resources Governance Working Group. Its task was to develop a framework that could inform future treaties and international rules governing the exploration, exploitation and utilization of space resources. The ambition was to create a system of building blocks, which will help to create a framework ensuring space resources are utilized fairly and for the benefit of all mankind.
