New Delhi, Dec 07 (ANI): Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) chairperson Swati Maliwal, while reacting to the death of Unnao rape victim, last night appealed state and central government to hang rapist within month. “I appeal to the Uttar Pradesh govt and central govt that the rapists in this case (Unnao rape case) should be hanged within a month,” said Swati Maliwal. --------------------------------------
