Winter Crisis As Hospitals Yet to Recover From Last Year

That the NHS is in crisis is news to nobody except, apparently the people who keep voting for the crisis makers. But this winter will see its worst performance yet as hospitals have still not recovered from the last winter and are ill prepared for this one coming. In this video, I explain two of the key problems and how none of Boris Johnson's promises can possibly improve them.
