Woodboro Lakes was purchased from a paper company in 1999 as part of the “great addition,” and for many people around Oneida County and the surrounding area, it’s been just that. With a group of undeveloped, small lakes and scattered pine and oak forests that are managed with commercial timber sales, Woodboro offers various habitats for animals like ruffed grouse. The Ruffed Grouse Society even sponsors the property, which is open to hunting and trapping throughout. Summary:
