PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Z195 is a comfortable one-story house with a spacious living area and four rooms with a subtle appearance.
In Z195, a large utility room has been designed, after a small magnification, it is ideally suited as a coal-fired boiler room. The main part of the house is a spacious living room with access to a covered terrace, combined with a large kitchen and dining room. If necessary, the room can be separated by a partition wall. Another advantage is the intimately located office with a small bathroom, it will also work great as a guest room. In the further part of the building, a night zone with three bedrooms and a large communal bathroom were separated. The simple construction allows for almost any arrangement of the interior by moving the partition walls.
In Z195, a thick-floor ceiling is planned above the first floor. This will allow later adaptation of the attic to additional living rooms or comfortable use of space as an attic. The relatively narrow front of the building allows you to locate a 20-meter wide plot.
