We are giving away two (2) 90 Day Body Transformation Packages (3 months of 1-on-1 personal training with a customized meal program). We are accepting submissions up to 12 am midnight on January 20th, 2020. Winners will begin their training sessions at Funxional Fitness, our brand new state of the art facility in Burbank, the first week of February 2020.

EATING FOR DAY 90 –

6 am – 1 ½ tablespoons of apple cider vinegar w/ water and 24 ounces of coffee
1 pm – el pollo loco 3 piece chicken meal w/ cole slaw and salad
5 pm – Vegan protein shake w/ 1 ½ tablespoons of old fashion peanut butter
9 pm – 7 oz of lean hamburger w/ veggies and a small garden salad (vinaigrette dressing)

SUPPLEMENTS I TOOK

1 MYOVITE pack
2,000 mg of fish oils twice per day
