Atheist Bible Studies #18: The Book of 1 Samuel

In the EIGHTEENTH EPISODE EVER, we continue into the Book of 1 Samuel,
where we follow the exploits and adventures of Samuel, Saul, and David,
in the world of biblical, Old Testament Israel. Samuel comes on the scene
as a prophrt and judge of Israel, only to be pushed aside when the people
whine about wanting a king, just like all of the nations around them. However, the first guy they select turns out to be a complete idiot, who can not follow simple directions. We also examine the career of Saul, as he faces the twin threats of the Philistines, and the apparently superhuman Amalekites.
