Can’t succeed without respect

You’re hearing a lot from different candidates about plans. There’s a lot of plans being put forward. But here is the reality: as president you can’t just snap your fingers and say, “My plan will now be law.” It’s not how things work. You must be able to work with Congress. And you can’t succeed in Congress if you don’t treat people with respect.
